Yes. We offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you determine whether therapy at Hope and Healing Mental Health is the right fit for your needs. This consultation allows you to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and learn more about our approach.

We provide counseling services for individuals, couples, teens, and families. Our therapists work with a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum mental health, eating disorders, and relationship challenges.

Yes. We offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy commonly used to treat trauma and distressing life experiences. EMDR can also be helpful for anxiety, negative self-beliefs, and other emotional concerns.

We also offer secure online therapy for clients across South Dakota.

Yes. We provide online therapy across South Dakota through secure telehealth platforms. Online therapy is available for individual counseling, couples counseling, and trauma-focused care.

Yes. Therapy is confidential, and your privacy is very important to us. Information shared in therapy is protected by confidentiality laws, with a few legal exceptions that your therapist will review with you during your first session.

Most therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes. Session length and frequency may vary depending on your needs and treatment plan.
